We want everyone to be able to use our website comfortably, including people with visual, hearing, motor or cognitive impairments. When building and maintaining the site we aim to follow the international WCAG 2.1 accessibility standard at level AA.

Accessibility features

  • The whole website can be used with a keyboard, no mouse needed.
  • A visible highlight on the focused element when navigating with the keyboard.
  • Labels and landmarks that screen readers can understand.
  • Alternative text for images.
  • Sufficient colour contrast between text and background.
  • Labelled form fields and clear error messages.
  • Changes (for example in the cart or in notifications) are announced automatically using aria-live.
