We usually ship orders the next business day. For personalized products, the delivery time is extended by the time needed to process your message.
Products marked as "in production" are shipped immediately upon completion, with an estimated production time listed for each specific product.
Products in stock: We dispatch within 3 working days of receiving payment (applies to non-personalised products).
Products made to order: Delivery time is usually up to 30 days. The estimated delivery date is indicated for each product on the e-shop.
Personalised products: Delivery is extended by 5 to 6 working days.
Delivery times may be extended during the pre-Christmas period or during periods of high order volume.
After changing the status of the order to sent, you will be sent an information e-mail with the package number. After clicking on track shipment, it should automatically redirect you to the shipping company's page, where information will be available regarding the shipment status of your shipment.
