How are orders sent?

We send orders through the courier company DPD. Delivery of the package is usually on the second day after dispatch within the territory of the Slovak Republic. Alternatively, you can choose any shipping company in the Slovak Republic as the collection point. A personal collection point in our stores is also available via the mailroom or. There is also the possibility of cash on delivery. In this case, it can be delivered to you by a DPD courier or you can have it sent to any branch of the courier, where you will also pay it.

Can I pick up the goods in person?

Yes, the products can be downloaded in person for free. When ordering, it is necessary to mark the personal collection at the store in Bratislava or in Partizánské. After delivery of your order to the store, you will be notified by an SMS message about its delivery. Upon arrival, please have your order number ready so that we can identify the shipment as soon as possible and issue it to you.

When will I receive the goods I ordered? What are the delivery times of the goods?

If the product is not in stock, we produce it to order. Delivery time is usually within 21 days of receipt of payment for the order. The estimated delivery date is indicated for each product on the website. Delivery times may extend in the pre-Christmas period.

How can I track my shipment?

After changing the status of the order to sent, you will be sent an information e-mail with the package number. After clicking on track shipment, it should automatically redirect you to the shipping company's page, where information will be available regarding the shipment status of your shipment.

Is it possible to try your goods somewhere or take them over in person?

Yes! We have two stone shops - you can find more information on the Contact page. You can find out about the availability of a specific model in a specific store directly in the product description on the e-shop.
