If you have noted the information about the extended return policy for Incorrect Christmas Gifts when you place your order, you can send the purchased goods back to us up until 15.1.2024. For the return of the unused goods within the statutory period of 14 days, the withdrawal rules described in article 6 of the General Terms and Conditions apply. After this period has expired, you have until 15.1.2023 to exchange the unused goods for other goods of the same value or, if you choose a more expensive product, to pay the difference. We also offer the possibility of issuing a gift voucher in the value of the ordered product.
